This beginner-friendly certification builds practical skills for entry-level roles across the hotel department triadβ€”Front Office, Food & Beverage (F&B) Service, and Housekeepingβ€”with supporting foundations in guest service, hygiene & safety, hospitality technology, and workplace professionalism. The course maps to Indian entry-level job expectations and references Indian standards and contexts (GST basics on bills, FSSAI hygiene basics, Indian menu/service styles, cultural etiquette, and interview readiness).
