This hands-on program takes you from fundamentals to job-ready execution across D2C storefronts (Shopify/WooCommerce), Indian marketplaces (Amazon.in, Flipkart, Meesho), and ONDC-enabled networks. You’ll learn product-market fit, cataloging, pricing, payments (UPI, cards, wallets), logistics (first/middle/last mile), customer service, growth marketing (SEO/SEM/Social/Influencer), analytics (GA4), compliance basics (GST invoicing, Legal Metrology labeling, FSSAI where applicable), and financial operations (cash flow, reconciliations, returns/RTO).
Every module includes tool walkthroughs (Razorpay/PayU/Cashfree, Delhivery/Xpressbees/Ecom Express, Meta/Google Ads), templates, and real datasets. You’ll finish with a capstone: launch a simulated D2C store + a marketplace account, run ads on small budgets, and present a performance report.
