About Course

This job-ready program turns passionate learners into confident fitness professionals who can assess clients, design safe and effective training plans, coach technique, and build a sustainable business in India’s fast-growing wellness market. You’ll progress from fundamentals (anatomy, movement, exercise science) to advanced topics (periodization, special populations, corrective work, nutrition planning, and client behavior change).
You’ll learn to run structured consultations, screen risks (PAR-Q), conduct baseline fitness testing, cue proper form for major lifts, plan progressive programs for fat loss, hypertrophy, strength, endurance, and general health, and adapt sessions for clients across ages and abilities.
The course also covers practical gym floor operations, hygiene, and safety, plus ethics, documentation, and client management. To help you earn and grow, you’ll get business skills: packaging services, pricing, sales scripts, social media basics, and local compliance awareness (informed consent, record-keeping).
By graduation, you’ll assemble a professional portfolio with assessments, macro sample plans, 12-week training templates, and progress reportsβ€”so you can start serving clients immediately (in-person or online).
